Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located right above the available size options in the product page.

If you have more questions about fitting, you can always send us a msg using the chat on the bottom right corner.

How can I track my order?

Once an order is processed you will receive a tracking to your email. You can also login to your account to view your order detail and tracking.

Can't find an item?

We have recently migrated to a new platform. Some items are still in progress of being updated. If you can't find something on our store, feel free to send us a message and we'll be happy to double check for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! As long as your order has not been processed it can be changed or cancelled. Please msg us right away using the chat below if you would like to make changes to your open order.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We offer Free Shipping US Domestic Policy for orders over $75.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 business hour of receiving. During busy holiday seasons it can take up to 48 hours. Expedited shipping such as FedEx 2nd Day or Overnight are processed same day if within business hours.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout depending on the country. If you country is not listed as available to ship please contact us.

What is your return and exchange policy?
