Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items must be new with product tags and free of pet hair. Dog toys and final sale items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process (US Customers):
To start a return, log in to your account, select the item(s) and submit a return request. Select your reason for the return and please tell us your options in the note box.

Store credit refund: Free return label. Store credit is issued in the form of a Dogo Pet e-gift card for the full amount of the item(s). This is the default option. Nothing needs to be noted.

Exchange size: Free return label and free exchange shipping. Items can be exchanged for a different size only. Please note “exchange” and specify the size.

Credit card refund: $10 return label and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note “credit card refund.”

Once you've submitted your return request, kindly await approval. We will subsequently send you an email containing the necessary shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product has been successfully returned, we will process your selected refund promptly. Store credit via Dogo Pet e-gift cards are available immediately upon completion of return inspection.  Credit card refunds may take up to a week for banks to process the funds. 

Return Process (International Customers):
Unfortunately, return labels are only available for customers within the USA. If you need to make an international return, please reach out to us by initiating a chat conversation in the bottom right corner. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which you can use to send the item(s) back to us for processing:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Start a chat with us at the bottom right corner.
