  • Exclusions: Free shipping is not applicable to international orders or shipments outside the US domestic territory. Expedited or overnight shipping options are not included under this policy and will incur separate, additional charges.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates vary based on your location, package weight, and order details.

  • All international shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout so you get the most accurate, live carrier rates.

  • Please Note: International orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing, Delivery & Tracking

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped from our NYC location within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to deliver orders promptly, the estimated delivery timeframe for standard and free shipping orders may vary based on the shipping carrier, method, and destination. Customers can refer to the estimated transit window provided during the checkout process.

  • Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email or Shop App notification once their order has been shipped. This tracking number can be used to monitor the shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.

Missing or Damaged Packages?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, or if your items arrive damaged, please reach out to our customer support team immediately and we will be happy to help locate or replace your items!
